An ineffective way, but a good smoke-screen. But all that made this place special, its natural flora and fauna is being eradicated (still). The McMansions are not for living, but making that buck and moving on. The synergetic outcome of yet another Bondi/Miami is of no interest to the gatekeepers or the 'families'.
